Bathroom Remodel

Boise Bathroom Remodels

One of the common spaces in Boise homes needing updating is the bathroom.  Old bathrooms need new plumbing, and many newer bathrooms just need a sense of style.  The bathroom is also a great place for green remodeling and savings on your energy bill.  The bathroom remodels featured here are some of our favorites.  Yours could be next!

Transitional Glamour

This transitional bathroom exudes glamour with it’s spacious floor plan, double vanity, freestanding tub, and a beautiful combination of tile and blue hues.  The combination of modern lighting and drawer pulls in tandem with traditional tile and an old fashioned tub filler make for a perfect transitional space.

 Pool Bathroom

A pool bathroom is essential if you want to keep your kids and guests from tracking water through your home as they travel indoors to shower.  While an outdoor shower is great in a temperate climate, Boise is better suited for full indoor bathrooms that connect directly to your pool area.  This nautical bathroom sports a tiled wainscot and floor with a floor drain.

Mid Century Bathroom

This bathroom is part of a master suite home addition that was designed by Studio Boise.  The design incorporates geometric tile and a vintage Scandinavian buffet converted into a double vanity in order to bring the mid century feel into the addition.  An oversized walk in shower lined with subway tiles encloses the freestanding bathtub.

Contemporary Bathroom Design in West Boise

This bathroom was part of a modest addition.  Since floor space was not readily available, a serene and more open feeling was created in the bathroom by capturing soft light.  From the transom light above the double vanity to the frosted full height window in the roll-in shower, everything comes together to make a relaxing, airy, yet efficient space.

Contemporary Bathroom in Eagle

In this Eagle home, a spacious bathroom incorporates a separate toilet, double vanity, double rain shower heads, and a large freestanding tub.  The “wetroom” concept was applied to this oversized shower giving the space a contemporary edge.  The strong wood element in the large vanity and mirrors pairs with the otherwise stark aesthetic of matte black and white to make this bathroom feel contemporary and comfortable.

Before

This typical 5′ x 7′ bathroom was thrown into the house as an after thought.  It has the materials and dimensions of a typical tract house bathroom.

After

A complete contemporary transformation!  We relocated the toilet, and put in a glass corner shower.  This visually lets you see an extra 3′ of space that was previously hidden by the shower/tub.
