LEED, which stands for for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the United States Green Building Council’s green building program.  Noelle Martinez became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009.  This means that she is well versed in designing a green home.  If you would like your home to be an officially recognized LEED certified home, Noelle can make that happen.  If you would simply like to incorporate as many green design principles as possible, she can also do that.

We can achieve a LEED Silver, Gold, or Platinum rating depending on how much you are willing to dedicate to making your home more environmentally friendly.  Earning a LEED certification will effect every aspect of your home’s design including the air circulation, window and wall insulation values, sustainability of carpets and woods used, the amount of chemicals in paints used, the energy efficiency of appliances, the reuse of water on the property, alternative energy sources for heating, cooling, and electricity, the sustainability of plants used in the landscaping, and much more.

Boise, Idaho is fortunate to have little pollution and beautiful natural surroundings.  If you choose to go green, not only will you be helping to preserve our city but you will also benefit from the long term savings that come with being energy efficient.
